International Airports

Another convenience of the location of Hope is its proximity to several International Airports. In fact there are four of them within driving distance of the town. Abbotsford International Airport is the nearest at only 90km away. It is the second largest airport in the Lower Mainland, and offers a variety of direct flights to destinations all over Canada and outside of the country as well. Many tourists and business travellers prefer this airport as it is easily accessible from Highway 1 and traffic is minimal in comparison to the city.

A little further away (170km), is the Vancouver International Airport. YVR is Canada’s second busiest airport, connecting passengers to over 118 non-stop destinations. Another nearby option for International travel is the Bellingham International Airport which is just south of the border, 130 kms away. Although Kelowna International YLW is 260km away, it provides a convenient flight schedule, is serviced by three major airlines and is also an easily accessible transportation hub.
